What you will do:
Prepare and conduct high quality technical training programs for internal and customers;
Deliver virtual classroom training, where the instructor sits in one location and the students in another location, but may also deliver face-to-face training;
Expand portfolio, develop technical course content, setup lab environment and customize training.
To be successful in the role you must have:
Have a combination of advanced technical and pedagogic skills;
Be ready to adapt the style of communication appropriately to the audience;
Have a desire to learn new technologies and to develop cross-domain competence for teaching;
Ability to absorb, adapt and communicate technical information.
You will bring
Solid understanding of general Packet Core solutions for 3G, 4G or 5G networks;
Hands-on experience on telecom Core products, like MME, PGW, PCRF, ePDG for example deployment, integration, troubleshooting, feature testing;
Understanding of Cloud environment (VMWARE / Kubernetes / CEE / ECCD);
Ability to handle labs to prepare and test exercises for training deliveries;
Linux knowledge;
Solid grasp of wireless technologies (call flow), related protocols and telecommunication standards;
Excellent presentation skills.
Ability to travel globally and work in different timezone, if required
