Working Hours: 4 days per week

Working Location: Samut Prakan


  • Expenses claim of Staff book keeping advance payment to staff and clearing.
  • Preparation of PND 3 and 53 filing and submit.
  • Record monthly Expense, Rental Office, Electricity, Water, Telephone fee.
  • Account payable posting.
  • Input daily bookkeeping and record keeping filing AP and Payment Voucher.
  • Book individual AP (from PO module)
  • Record AP local and AP Oversea.
  • Add and update vendor in master data.
  • Reverse Pending VAT and AP revaluation Bot rate and group rate.
  • Tax filing VAT (PP.30) and submit.
  • Accrue Expense.
  • Reconcile the balance and bank statement.
  • Assist the manager to prepare supporting documents for tax audit and in dealing with the Revenue Department, for example, reconciliation reports, details of account.
  • Prepare & send receipts for Thai customers.
  • Following – Inputting AR clients’ payments & Informing Sales Manager about due payment.
  • Ensure all documents meet accounting, tax requirements, and prepare & verify all transactions within the system.
  • Prepare monthly detail of account such as accrued expenses, prepaid expenses, other accounts assigned by manager, bank reconciliation with action plans.
  • Follow up related parties for pending detail of account.
  • Problem solving and communication to internal and external.
  • Prepare and review fixed assets register.
  • Prepare & Classify scanning files in regards to accounting & admin & legal purposes.
  • Handle Postage.
  • Other tasks directly link to accounting & admin support.
Experience requirements
  • Thai nationality only.
  • Bachelor degree in Accounting.
  • Minimum 3 years or more of experience.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
  • Hands-on and a positive attitude.
  • Good command of spoken and written English is a must.
  • MS Office skills and related computer knowledge.
