Kendrick Recruitment are now looking for a Guest Relations Officer for a Luxury Boutique Hotel, part of a Luxury Property Group, situated in Gardens, Cape Town.
The main responsibility of the role is to ensure that the needs and requests of guests are met and that they have a memorable stay.
The officer will handle guest interactions and perform administrative tasks related to reception functions. Key focus areas include obtaining reservation information, greeting guests, facilitating check-in and check-out processes, providing information about services and facilities, maintaining high levels of guest relations, and communicating effectively within the hotel and with external parties.
The position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, knowledge of MS Office suite and PAN Strat, and a presentable and well-spoken demeanor. A qualification in Travel and Tourism is desirable.
