- In charge of developing, implementing and revising the overall C&B structure and policies in line with company objectives, HR policies and labor law.
- Manage the C&B team to deliver C&B operations.
- Deliver excellent operation in the design, development, implementation, administration of C&B programs and HR activities including health, insurance, base pay, incentives, PIT and other rewards.
- Excellent payroll processing activities.
- Manage and/or support the management of the annual program including salary review, and performance process, HR Budget.
- Design Total Rewards System: Salary package, incentive’s scheme, benefits program…
- Conduct internal and external benchmark studies to ensure that the organization’s salaries, incentives and retention strategy are competitive and responsive to the market.
- Conduct market analysis and ensure that all programs (e.g., pay structures, benefit plans, etc.) are competitive.
- Remain up-to-dated with laws and regulations in relation to payroll, tax and other legislative requirements, support peers on the implementation of company policies, programs, and initiatives.
- Manage the master data of employees, keep it daily updated.

Requirement:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in C&B roles. Minimum of 2 years of managing a C&B team.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Manage multiple task.
