CCTV FAST Administrator
Salary: £22,774 + Monthly bonus of up to £150
The FAST Administrator position is a pivotal role within EMCS, you will be responsible for analysing trends in CCTV signals to ensure that all sites that we monitor are performing effectively and securely.

Main duties:
- Running reports and analysing data daily.
- Using collated data to target high signalling sites/cameras.
- Helping to facilitate all False Alarm Policies in place.
- Testing the functionality of VSS sites remotely, checking they are working and taking the appropriate action when they are not.
- Using the false alarm filtering analytical platforms to ensure the best possible service can be provided to our customers.
- Working alongside installers to bring down the alarm traffic sent from monitored VSS systems.
- Utilising all tools and services to drive down excessive and nuisance VSS traffic. Undertaking the daily administration of VSS record’s such as: -
- Adding/amending/updating Key Holder details.
- Adding/amending/updating schedules for arming and disarming purposes.
- Any other admin duties that are applicable.

Ongoing training will take place throughout your career, making sure you are up to date on all new technologies and policies within the CCTV monitoring sector.
What are the hours?
The position is Monday – Thursday 09:00 – 17:30 and Friday 09:00 – 17:00

Additional Information
Due to industry standards all successful applicants will be vetted to BS7858 which includes a police check, financial check and a 5-year working history.
