Act as a first point of contact for employees and line managers in personnel and labor law related questions
- Manage the employee documentation and data base in HR systems, maintain HR records by recording all the new hires, transfers, terminations, changes etc (e.g., LMS, employee files/data management software, Payroll, Time recording, etc.) in compliance with regulations and GDPR
- Align and execute agreed actions, processes, procedures, communications in close collaboration with HR Managers, HRBP and Center of Excellence (e.g. indexation)
- Responsible for reporting activities related to local personnel ensuring data accuracy & quality
- Monitor changes in local legislation, labor law and market development reporting important changes to line manager
- Assist in the development and implementation of human resources policies
- Close contact with the employees to understand daily challenges and highlights
- Involved in regional projects
Data & Processes:
- Maintain data in the HR-systems and ensure employee life cycle administration of the assigned legal entities
- Review and renew local company policies to be compliant with Regional input and guidelines or when it’s needed to be compliant with local regulations
- First point of contact in the assigned legal entities for the annual performance management process, VAP and annual pay review, responsible to share communications and send reminders when needed/required
- Responsible for HR Audit Management
- Ensure the local payroll process is correctly executed and according to the local process, interact with local vendor
- Employee relations:
- Assistance in management of employee representatives & works council relation being the 1st point of contact for them, if needed (depends on the Country)
- Lead or support locally disciplinary actions / terminations actions and agreements
- Support the execution of employee surveys & engagement activities and ensure the follow-up
- Ensure labor safety in cooperation with legal representatives and health & safety employee representatives

Recruitment process:
- In close cooperation with Hiring Manager, Regional TA Manager & HR Manager execute the whole recruitment process of the vacancies for all the functions following Company process flow (incl. schedule and participate in job interviews when required, decline candidates, prepare & deliver job offers)
Onboarding & Off Boarding:
- Gather from the newcomer all the relevant info to proceed with the hiring
- Provide all the documents/welcome box following local and regional guidelines
- Ensure proper onboarding and offboarding processes guaranteeing the effectiveness of these processes
- Compensation & Benefits:
- Point of Contact for the external payroll services
- Manage local benefit, insurance and pension schemes, well – being programs partially
- Provide information to HR Managers, Total Rewards Manager and HRBP on expected local mandatory increases where locally required (by law, contract labor agreements, indexation etc.)
Training & Development:
- Ensure the roll out of corporate/regional development programs and local individual training needs and advise people on development needs.
- Maintain Learning Management System records and report the costs of trainings when required

Educational qualifications
- Bachelor degree in HR, Business Administration or equivalent qualification is recommended, Additional HR training is a plus
- 3+ years of working experience in similar HR role• Very good written and spoken English skills
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Efficient HR administration and people management skills (high quality and accuracy)
- Good knowledge of local labor legislations in the assigned MU
- Able to work with different stakeholders (employees, managers, vendors, public institutions/authorities)
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- Capability to manage confidential and sensitive information
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, setting right priorities to meet the deadlines
- Excellent team working in a virtual and international environment• Integrity and positive attitude to build relationships based on trust, inclusion and respect
