Responsibilities:
- Utilize advanced video surveillance technology to remotely monitor multiple locations and detect any suspicious activities or potential security breaches.
- Monitor live video feeds in real-time and proactively identify and assess security risks.
- Quickly and accurately evaluate alarm activations and respond accordingly by dispatching appropriate personnel or contacting the relevant authorities.
- Maintain a high level of situational awareness by continuously monitoring and analyzing video feeds, security systems, and alarms.
- Collaborate with on-site security teams and law enforcement agencies to ensure appropriate actions are taken in response to security incidents.
- Generate detailed incident reports and maintain accurate documentation of all security-related activities.
- Conduct regular system checks and troubleshoot any technical issues related to video monitoring equipment.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in remote video monitoring.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in security systems and video monitoring is a plus.
- Proven experience in remote video surveillance or security monitoring.
- Familiarity with various video monitoring platforms and software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick and accurate decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
