Epassi is looking for SME Sales manager to Espoo, Finland. In this SME Sales manager role the primary responsibility is to help to drive a new business by selling Epassi products and services to SME customers. SME Sales manager will be responsible for communicating the benefits of a company’s products and closing sales.
As a SME Sales manager:
- You will be managing your own pipeline
- You will be maintaining accurate and complete customer records, activity and pipeline reports within Hubspot
- You will work with contacting leads and setting up appointments to present our offering and solutions
- You will work with creating and sending new offers and doing all the follow ups and closing the deal
- You will work to achieve and report on key KPIs agreed with the Sales Director

You will be a great fit if you have:
- Relevant previous experience
- Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals by phone and in person while maintaining established sales quota
- Fluent skills in the use of communication, presentation and other business tools
- Ability to adopt, build and manage several different B2B sales processes simultaneously
- Finnish and English languages must have, Swedish is a big plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate (oral and written) effectively
- Passion for selling and systematic at work
- Right ambition, stamina and a goal-oriented attitude
