  • Male Candidate
  • Train, supervise, and schedule kitchen and service staff.
  • Manage purchasing and inventory control to ensure sufficient levels of high-quality product while reducing waste.
  • Manage Daily Café Operations.
  • Monitor Hygiene process for food.
  • Ensure cleanliness of BOH and FOH.
  • Have solid knowledge and control over BOH and FOH.
  • Monitor compliance with safety, sanitation, and food preparation standards.
  • Develop and revise kitchen procedures to optimize workflow.
  • Compile, analyze, and interpret financial data to develop accurate projections and ensure profitability.
  • Resolve Customer Complains with high satisfaction level.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
