We are an international engineering company providing services in the field of technical consulting, design, and investment project management.

Jacobs acts as the Technical Advisor to PEJ Sp z o.o., which is the state-owned entity responsible for delivering Poland’s nuclear power programme. The Technical Advisor’s role is that of an “Owner’s Engineer”, which is not involved directly in any NPP design or construction activity, but rather acts as an advocate for the Client, applying technical due diligence to all aspects of the process, along with supply chain and contract management support for plant and equipment vendors engaged by the Client.


To establish strong and beneficial relations with different parties connected to nuclear market in Poland (universities, organizations, professionals) we decided to create totally new position in our structure.

As Relationship specialist – nuclear energy market you will be covering such areas:

  • Market analysis and selection of initiatives related to nuclear energy, in which the company should participate.
  • Market monitoring, data collection and information analysis.
  • Establishing relationships with universities and research units, institutions, and associations, related to nuclear power.
  • Development and editing of communication materials (press releases, expert comments, analyzes and recommendations).
  • Organization and implementation of branding events.
  • Recruitment marketing (preparation and dissemination of promotional and advertising materials, contact with the media and institutions).
  • Budgeting and analysis of the effectiveness of implemented projects.
  • Preparation of recruitment strategies and cooperation with the Talent Acquisition team to execute them.
Here’s What You’ll Need:
  • Fluent English
  • Fluent Polish
  • Experience in implementing projects financed by public funds
  • Experience in events coordination (planning, budgeting, organization)
  • Research and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail
  • External marketing and communication skills
  • Knowledge of marketing analytics
  • Nice to have experience in establishing strong relations with Universities
  • Nice to have experience in brand introduction to new market
