What is this job about?

We are looking for a Key Account Executive to oversee the company's relationships with its most important clients. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long-term key customers by comprehending their requirements.

The ideal candidate will be apt to build strong relationships with strategic customers. You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company’s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction.

The goal is to contribute to sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.

What you’ll be doing?

  • Developing and managing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition;
  • Focus on international business development and multi-geography;
  • Expand the relationships with actual customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their goals;
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements;
  • Ensure that our services are delivered to customers promptly;
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust;
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships;
  • Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics;
  • Serve as the communication link between key customers and internal teams to ensure that sales efforts are aligned.

What do we look for in you?

  • Proven work experience as a Key Account Executive in the market in which Sioslife operates;
  • You must live and breathe startups with broad responsibilities, crazy busy, dynamic environment, lots of responsibility and lots of fun;
  • Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools;
  • A master at understanding leads pain points and emphatically getting all the necessary information, by building trust with the potential partners;
  • You are organized and will keep your pipeline up-to-date;
  • You are curious and love to learn new tools and new skills;
  • Excellent selling and negotiation skills;
  • You are fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken);
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
  • Willingness to travel;
  • Solution-driven attitude and the ability to work in a responsible and organized way;
  • Good problem-solving skills;
  • Team-player.
