We are looking for R&D MANAGER - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
PhD / MPhil / MSc degree in Polymer Chemistry / Organic Chemistry / Materials Chemistry disciplines; OR
Science/Engineering or related disciplines fulfilling the following technical requirements:
(1) With research experience in design, fabrication and characterization of polymer / composite;
(2) With good knowledge of polymer chemistry, polymer physics, polymer composite and engineering.
Experience in the following areas would be an advantage:
(1) Industrial experience in EMI Shielding Materials and Thermal Materials product development;
(2) Formulation experience in the industry about polyurethane, epoxy, acrylate or silicon oil/rubber; and / or
(3) Polymer processing experience such as injection, extrusion, molding, calendaring et.al.
Creative and passionate for innovation;
Fluent in Mandarin and English speaking.
Report to Operation Director
Manage new product development and raw materials sourcing,
Management of assigned product development projects, covering activities from design review to pilot production run;
Review/modify designs;
Schedule and control all pre-production activities;
Participate in production trouble-shooting.
Work based in Dongguan Changping
5 days work (4 nights in China)
13 months salary + performance bonus
Annual leave : 14 days
