Marketing Associate
Cpl in partnership with our Client Pfizer are seeking a Marketing Associate to join the team at their Citywest (Dublin 24) site for a fixed term contract of 23 months. Hybrid work model available. Seeking candidates with digital marketing experience.
Role Duties:
- To support the implementation of brands and operational plans under the guidance of the Category Lead and in conjunction with the other members of the Team.
- To drive innovation and collaboration across the team in terms of the marketing activity supporting the portfolio.
- To support the marketing planning process within the team and ensure synergies are maximised across the portfolio.
- To support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns with internal and external stakeholders.
- To collaborate with colleagues on a continuous basis to ensure external resources are leveraged to help maximise the portfolios’ revenues.
- To maintain stock control system and co-ordinate sample dispatch of promotional materials with Marketing and Sales departments.
- Be a strong contributor to the operational brand plans within the team and deliver to agreed deadlines.
- To provide general administrative support to the wider team.
Role Requirements:
- A relevant third level qualification is desirable, but not essential e.g. Life Sciences, Nursing, Marketing, etc.
- Typically has experience in relevant or related work environment.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
- Proven Team Player.
- Can demonstrate accuracy and strong attention to detail in the delivery of all relevant work.
- An ability to plan, prioritise and multi-task.
- An ability to work in a fast moving proactive environment.
- To be a self-starter and to possess the ability to work on one’s own initiative and multi-task to effectively meet the needs of a number of managers.
- To be highly competent and experienced in the use of a full range of office productivity tools and applications i.e. MS office suite (in particular, PowerPoint, Excel etc.), Teams and other online applications.
