Got what it takes? We are currently looking for a new E-Learning Specialist 1 year (Constanta/ Bucuresti) for the Medical team. Covered area will be: Constanta, Tulcea and Braila.
OBJECTIVES:
Serves as the digital learning expert: develops new approaches to learning, creates digital content, interactive virtual learning experiences, and micro-learning experiences to enhance face-to-face and virtual learning workshops. Will be responsible for design, development and maintenance of eLearning content and CRM actions for the e-learning Platform.
- Deliver and facilitate webinars, virtual training workshops, F2F trainings in pharmacies
- Create, improve and manage virtual content to enhance our E-learning platform
- Elaborates education plans on LDB e-learning platform
- Provides specialized educational support; programming to prepare courses and materials for e-learning platform
- Oversees the operation and development of online e-learning programs or computer-based virtual course
- Develops effective learning strategies that promote academic improvement of the pharmacists
- Creates a CRM activation plan to grow the user database: bring new users and retain current ones.
- Increasing the quantitative and qualitative propagation of LDB information by visiting top 100 POS in the area;
