We're looking for a skilled, motivated, and flexible Fleet Associate to join our team. Are you a hands-on person who strives for excellence, development opportunities and wants to make a significant impact on our company’s success? Then this job is for you!
WHAT YOU WILL (BUT NOT ONLY) DO
Being the first point of contact for riders
General e-car support e.g. charging issues, salary, and compensation question
Reporting insurance cases with our e-cars
Rider recruitment i.e. evaluating candidate’s communication and driving skills
Assisting with the rider’s schedule, staffing and support
Updating and analyzing utilization dashboards by performing data exports
Support the operations in the rider hub by attending to admin shifts
YOU ARE
Flexible and agile
Natural communicator (you will make many phone calls)
Team worker (you will frequently support the operations and your colleagues)
Hands-on (you get things done!)
Analytical and data-driven
Result oriented
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Fluent in Swedish and English both in speaking and writing (any other language is a plus)
Good computer skills (Google Suits and more)
Swedish or EU driving license
Being experienced with the foodora e-cars is a plus
Having basic knowledge about cars is a plus
Start date: As soon as possible.
Working times: flexible working hours/days (including weekends, working hours can be between 6:30-00:00)
