The British International School Budapest

Your role
We are excited to announce an opening for the position of Director of Admissions and Marketing located in Budapest, Hungary. As a member of the School Senior Leadership Team, you will work closely with the school Principal, Senior Leadership Team, and Marketing, Admissions and Communications teams to create an exceptional experience for parents, students, and partners throughout every stage of the Family Experience Journey.
You will be responsible for setting policies, procedures, quality, and customer service standards to ensure delivery to all prospective families and influencers. You will be an exceptional leader of people, able to coach and develop your team members while influencing across the school, and act as an ambassador for the school through external outreach. Proactivity, energy, empathy, personal warmth, emotional intelligence, and an ability to inspire confidence and respect are essential qualities.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in achieving commercial outcomes, strategic marketing and recruitment, and customer relationship management. You will have significant leadership experience within a complex environment and the ability to build credible and long-term relationships with all stakeholders. In addition, you will have strong analytical skills and a proven record of using data and research to support initiatives undertaken.
