The most challenging project from the concern is looking for a new colleague to take on the role of Employee Contract Management and to share the expertise regarding the digitalization and optimization of Procurement processes in our E-Mobility plant in Timisoara.

Tasks:
- Advising decision-makers in the Procurement function and conducting negotiations;
- Support the further development and implementation of the global contract structure in cooperation with the Specialist Contract Management P and Corporate Legal;
- Support to ensure legally compliant standards in the structure of contracts in cooperation with the Specialist Contract Management P and Corporate Legal;
- Participate in the risk assessment of the results of contract negotiations with suppliers and bring about committee decisions.
Profile:
- Completed studies, preferably as a business lawyer, fully qualified lawyer or business economist with comparable knowledge and skills;
- Minimum 5 years experience in contract management preferably in the automotive industry, especially in Procurement- Supplier Management;
- Very good knowledge of contractual law processes and interrelationships;
- Communication and moderation skills, as well as customer orientation;
- Understanding of and interest in economic, legal and technical contexts;
- High social and intercultural competence as well as negotiating skills, persuasiveness and strong assertiveness;
- Business fluent negotiation skills in English.
