Our head office is located in Waddinxveen and we have an office in Chile. We import a wide range of products and are unique in our exotics portfolio. We have our own ripening facilities and packaging lines. What are you going to do?
As a Functional Manager you are responsible for the implementation of use management, change management, functionality management and needs management. You ensure that users have the correct user rights and you maintain contact with software partners, specialists and users. In addition, you will also be responsible for solving, following up and documenting incidents related to the information system and/or the information provision. You design and manage process documents. You will also draw up user actions and procedures and supervise and carry out acceptance tests.
What do we expect?
You have a passion for your profession and think in terms of possibilities and opportunities. You therefore specialize in various systems and technologies for which ICT is responsible. You work well together, but also work independently. You like to see with your own eyes what happens to the systems on the work floor. You are good at identifying and analyzing disruptions. In addition, you are decisive and feel responsible for the systems.
We also expect from you:
- An MBO / HBO Business Administration or ICT training
- Pre is experience with MS Business Central / Dynamics
- Pre is knowledge of and experience with BISL and ITIL
- Pre is knowledge of and experience with test methodologies
- Pre is knowledge of trading and/or production company
