RESUMO DA POSIÇÃO

No contexto do desenvolvimento de nossos programas de sustentabilidade, procuramos ¨coaches¨. O coach terá um papel fundamental, fazendo recomendações técnicas e desenvolvendo as vendas de nossos produtos e serviços agrícolas. Executar as atividades de apoio administrativo no âmbito da área comercial, envolvendo o atendimento das necessidades de informações da equipe de vendas e agilização do processo de vendas de fertilizantes.

RESPONSABILIDADES

• Atuar como um back office de vendas, apoiando em todas as atividades administrativas de compras e vendas de fertilizantes;

• Orientações técnicas, coletas de dados e prospecção de novos clientes e fornecedores, através de visitas técnicas;

• Suporte as filiais de compras de cacau (BA, PA, RO, ES) nas vendas de fertilizantes e serviços agrícolas e realizar as vendas;

• Acompanha, monitora o plano de negócio;

• Relacionamento comercial com produtor para promoção dos produtos e serviços agrícolas.

• Acompanhar e buscar melhorias para o alcance dos KPI´s estabelecidos.

QUALIFICAÇÕES TÉCNICAS

Formação técnico agrícola

Conhecimento de software word, excel e Power point. Especialmente excel e SAP.

Inglês básico

Desejável experiência na área comercial

Habilitação B - Flexibilidades para viagens
